Shipping policy

Every Xeyala figure is made to order, so your total delivery time is the time we need to make your figure plus the time it spends in transit.

Production time

Once you order, we prepare your figure and our local printing partner makes it. Production usually takes 7 to 10 working days before your figure is dispatched.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions where we are unable to deliver reliably or where local restrictions apply. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you and refund your order in full.

Delivery times and cost

Shipping options and fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times vary by destination: UK orders usually arrive within a few working days after dispatch, while international orders take longer depending on the destination and local handling.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will email your tracking details once your figure has been dispatched.

Delays

We cannot control delays caused by the carrier, weather or customs, but we will always help you chase a late parcel. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will look into it.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-sending it.
