Terms of service
These terms govern your use of xeyala.com and any order you place with Day Moon ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
What we make
We create custom, made-to-order 3D-printed voxel figures based on a Minecraft skin you choose by username or by sending us a skin file. Figures are produced by our local printing partner. Previews on the site are illustrative; the finished figure is a voxel model and fine second-layer detail may be gently flattened for a clean, sturdy print.
Your skin and your rights
By submitting a username or skin file, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that skin and to have a physical figure made from it. You keep your rights in your skin, and you grant us the limited licence needed to reproduce it in order to make and deliver your figure.
Your data and privacy
To make your figure we look up the Minecraft username you enter using third-party services (currently playerdb.co and mc-heads.net) to fetch your public profile and skin, and we store a snapshot of that skin so we can produce your figure. If you send us a skin file instead, we use it for the same purpose. We share the skin and the order details needed to make and ship your figure with our printing partner and delivery carrier. Skins we will not print
We may decline any skin that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or other rights. If we cannot make your figure for this reason, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders, pricing and production
All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices and lead times are shown at the time of order and may change for future orders. Because each figure is made to your specification, please review your details carefully; our Refund Policy explains when cancellations and refunds are possible.
Intellectual property and trademarks
Xeyala is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. We use it only to describe the skins our figures are based on.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Small printed figures may include small parts and are not suitable as a toy for very young children.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
