Questions
Good to know
How long until it arrives?
Every figure is made to order. Once you order, we prepare your figure and our local printing partner makes it, then we post it out. Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 working days.
What is it made of, and how big?
A quality 3D-printed resin figure, made by our local printing partner. Small stands about 7 cm tall and Medium about 10 cm, both built to your character's proportions.
Will it look exactly like the 3D preview?
Very close. The preview shows your skin wrapped on the figure; the real thing is a 3D-printed voxel model, so fine second-layer detail is gently flattened for a clean, sturdy print.
Are there any skins you can't print?
We can print almost anything, but we reserve the right to turn down skins that are offensive, hateful, or that infringe someone else's rights. If we can't make yours, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
Can I return it?
Because each figure is custom made just for you, we can't take returns unless it arrives faulty or damaged. If something's wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.
